PURPOSE OF POSITION

To perform basic welding to include fit-up and tack welding along with the ability to weld a complete array of weldment configurations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. More specifically, this person will:

Be familiar with steel fabrication, assembly, and typical shop tools (such as drill presses, shears, press breaks, and cutting torches). Be able to read blueprints and understand welding symbols. Experience with MIG/Pulse welding is required. Must be able to climb on large equipment during assembly and repair operations. Be able to properly read and use a tape measure. Must be able to work within a team to complete a project.

  • Welds using MIG/Pulse processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to use a sander and grinder.
  • Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and diagrams and determine critical dimensions and tolerances using measuring tools.
  • Read and comprehend blueprints, process routings, and schematics for installation of various truck and body components – large and small –onto truck chassis using a torch, welder, winches, and hand tools.
  • Performs re-work as required.
  • Provide quality and timely workmanship on each work order and maintain daily time standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow established safety and quality procedures.
  • The team concept, be flexible to move from job-to-job to support the schedule.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

The position is a working Team Lead role that calls for the person to perform direct labor work in addition to performing the Team Lead duties noted below.  Team Lead duties include the need to assign work to staff and the troubleshooting of issues that may arise to attain the daily production goals of the line. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive.  Other duties may be required and assigned.

More specifically, the person will perform:

  • Have a working knowledge of all machinery used in the Pre-Fabrication Department:
    • Laser table
    • Auto-saw
    • Press brake
    • Water jet
    • Lathe
    • Mill
    • Drill and punch press
  • Evaluate the quality of work performed by the team. 
  • Ensure non-conforming material is handled according to procedures.
  • Lead a daily 5-minute start-up meeting to review daily goals for the day, work assignments, safety briefings, and other items, as required.
  • Ensure documentation is adhered to and maintained properly.
  • Provide input to team member’s performance evaluations.
  • Position hours are 15 minutes prior to shift start time to the end of the shift or special hours as needed or as assigned.
  • Assist in the unloading of steel deliveries.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Mixes and applies paint including an understanding of the techniques of spray painting, paint preparation/washing, and caulking including touch-up and repair work.  Responsible for loading parts on and off the line using a forklift, if necessary.  Must be knowledgeable in the safe and proper use of tools and equipment. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects or deviations from standards and make adjustments as necessary. 
  • Set up and operate machines to paint or coat products with such materials as silver and copper solution, rubber, paint, glaze, oil, or rustproofing materials.
  • Start and stop the operation of machines using levers or buttons.
  • Determine paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality by performing visual inspections.
  • Weigh or measure chemicals, coatings, or paints.
  • Select appropriate coatings, paints, or sprays and prepare them by mixing substances according to formulas using automated paint mixing equipment.
  • Record operational data on specified forms.
  • Operate pumps to mix solutions and fill tanks and perform test runs to ensure that equipment is set up properly.
  • Hold or position spray guns to direct spray onto articles and perform touch-up painting using paintbrushes.
  • Place items or products on feed racks, spindles, or reel stands to coat, paint or spray using hands, hoists, or truck lifts.
  • Clean machines and related equipment and work areas using water, solvents, and other cleaning aids.
  • Attach hoses or nozzles to machines using wrenches and pliers and make adjustments to obtain the proper dispersion of spray.
  • Properly dispose of any steel that needs to be recycled.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

This position is a working PAINT TEAM LEAD position 2ND SHIFT 3:30pm-1:00am, that calls for the person to perform direct labor work as required to perform the lead duties listed below. The lead duties are focused on determining work assignments and resolving issues for the team to attain daily production goals. They will be responsible for the process relating to supplies (what & when to buy), paint processes, maintenance of equipment, and management of waste and manage flow of products. Mixes paint and applies spray paint. This includes understanding the techniques of spray painting, paint preparation/washing, caulking and undercoating. Must be able to repair and do touch-up work on paint applications. When applicable, may apply striping and decals.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Prepare and document items that are to be shipped to customers (domestically and internationally) as well as document all incoming shipments. Make sure that incoming items are received into the inventory system accurately and delivered to the appropriate location within the building.

  • Deliver unparalleled customer service to both internal and external customers.

  • Review records for accuracy of information and compliance with Company procedures.
  • Participate in special and periodic inventories. 
  • Load and unload trucks using a forklift or pallet jack.
  • Respond to internal customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, and or cancellations.
  • Data entry with production entries for items manufactured in-house for parts orders, stock, and work orders.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Work in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager and Director of Operations to perform maintenance on various machines in a production environment as well as troubleshoot other mechanical, electrical, and HVAC issues that may arise.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive.  Other duties may be required and assigned.

More specifically, the person will perform:

  • Management of preventive maintenance program.
  • Perform electrical repair work knowledge of 110, 240, and 480V wiring for switches, outlets, plugs, cables, power circuits, and appliances.
  • Repairs to lighting systems.
  • Inspect electrical systems for unsafe conditions.
  • Maintains and regularly tests working conditions of safety equipment including fire alarm, emergency lighting, and intercom systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment.
  • Inspects belts, checks fluid levels, replaces filters, greases bearings, seals, etc.
  • Have good knowledge of troubleshooting techniques in order to determine exact problems and resolve them accordingly.
  • Plan and layout repair work using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, or schematic diagrams.
  • Assist with repairs to Office and Production equipment.
  • Changing filters on internal air-circulation units and air-conditioning units.
  • Facility maintenance excluding mowing to include the removal of trash and snow.

QUALIFICATIONS

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Assemble large mechanical parts, pieces, or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications in a specific area of the production floor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

More specifically, the person will perform:

  • Mechanical Assembly
    • Screws, nuts & bolts, rivets, and other fasteners.
    • Plumbing PVC, galvanized, SS pipes, and fittings.
    • Pneumatic hose/tube.
  • Prep mobile cement bins for mounting.
  • Routing hydraulic, pneumatic, water hose/tube/pipe.
  • Assemble customer requested options.
  • Read blueprints, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.

May be asked to assemble a specific part on a regular basis such as an auger, belt, or shaft.

QUALIFICATIONS

PURPOSE OF POSITION

This role will work with engineers to create and modify 3D computer models, detail 2D drawings, and update other needed documentation for new and modified equipment. Responsible for document control of engineering-related drawings and providing support for production staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. More specifically, the person will:

  • Create 3D models.
  • Detail out the models into 2D shop floor drawings that accurately show how each component and assembly is made.
  • Create part numbers in the ERP system and maintain those part numbers.
  • Create and modify bills of materials in the ERP system.
  • Develop new and modify Production Bills of Materials/work instructions.
  • Maintain document revision control of drawings, drive sheets, BOM’s that are filed in engineering folders, and hard copies to the shop floor.
  • Maintain ECN documents and facilitate ECN approval meetings.
  • Provide technical support to the production floor related to drawings, assemblies, and hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • Setup and perform design verification tests.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

The person will be responsible to provide consultation for quick and effective repair, maintenance, and start-up of equipment and to develop positive relationships with customers while providing quality and timely customer technical training. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the day-to-day duties of working to solve customer problems and answer their questions. 
  • Have outstanding telephone and customer relations skills.
  • Travel to customer locations to train the operators/owners on the equipment, including some weekend travel. 
  • Repair equipment both in Domestic and International markets both in the field and in the facility.    
  • Work in the Quality Control Department to inspect new equipment before delivery.
  • Work with the Service Manager to update and prepare service manuals.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Regional Technical Support Manager will support all aspects of the Cemen Tech dealer network in the West Coast Region of the United States to include all aspects of dealer support including the training of dealer staff, warranty programs, and education about Cemen Tech equipment, products, and programs. 

The role will work closely with our Customer Service and Sales Teams to ensure that Cemen Tech provides the highest level of service and support available in the region. The current assigned territory includes California, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana.        

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and nurture existing dealer relationships.
  • Coordinate warranty program implementation and ongoing maintenance, as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail I.E. grammar & hashtags.
  • Must have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and be deadline-driven.

EDUCATION – EXPERIENCE – COMPUTER SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing.
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media planning, execution, and measurement.
  • Experience with B2B, technical, or manufacturing industries (preferred, not required).
